The copying, reproduction, use, modification or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited, without our express prior written permission.  Streamed video that is shared by others and used on this site still retains the owner's Copyright, but such materials are documented as such and you may follow that cite credit back to the original source to attain reproduction priviledges.  But if any media is not marked as shared with a true and proper credit of the source, it may not be copied, re-used, republished or shared without our expressed written permission in hand.

Deletion and Modification

This Site is a Marketing Platform

This Site, just like Google's search and android platforms, is also merely a marketing platform on which related businesses may present their own Site administration approved advertising, addressing their own product and/or service offerings.  We therefore cannot be held responsible for someone else's brand or authority over a product and/or service.

All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by trojan horses, viruses or malware contained within any downloaded or electronic file or document from this Site is disclaimed.  We will not be liable to you for any incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind that may result from use of, or inability to use, this Site.

We do our due diligence to determine that our contents and offers are clean, safe, unhacked and reliable.  However, we cannot be held liable for the actions of a party that refuses to abide by this lawful Agreement, should any such incident ever occur.
